How to change Favicon, Logo, Site Title & Tagline?
Go to Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
Find the options for Logo, Site Title and Tagline.
3 different options to display Logo, Site Title and Tagline are available on this theme.
– Site Title is the main title of website.
– Tagline is the description of website which is visible just below the site title.
– Site Icon is the option to add favicon of website. It is recommended to use the square image for favicon.
How to setup Home page?
Go to pages and click add new page to create new page.
Assign template Home and publish it.
Go to Settings >> Readings and select A static page (select below) option
Assign newly created Home page and save the changes.
How to add widgets (sections) on Home page?
Go to Appearance >> Widgets.
You can drag and drop widgets to Home Page Widget Area.
Recommended widgets to use here are eC-Gem: Products Carousel, eC-Gem: CTA, eC-Gem: Latest News, eC-Gem: Newsletter
How to change primary Color of website?
You can change the base (main) of a site with this option.
Go to Appearance > Customize > Colors
Change the color as your need.
Click on Save and Publish to save the changes.
How to add Main Menu?
Go to Appearance >> Menus.
Click on create a new menu, name it Main Menu and assign it to Primary Header.
Add page, post, category or other available options to it and click on Save Menu.
How to add Social Menu/Links?
Go to Appearance >> Menus.
Click on create a new menu, name it Social Menu and assign it to Social Links.
Click on Custom Links
Add full url of social networking sites like facebook, twitter, instagram, etc to it and click on Save Menu.
How to enable top header?
Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Top Header Options.
Enable/Use available options.
Click on Save and Publish to save the changes.
How to enable slider?
Go to Appearance >> Customize >> Featured Slider Options.
Go to Slider On/OFF option and use options available to activate main slider.
Click on Save and Publish to save the changes.
Note: If you do not add featured image for the page used on slider, it will not work.
How to setup footer widgets?
Go to Appearance >> Widgets.
You can drag and drop widgets on Footer 1 to 4 as per your requirement. Leave it empty if you want to hide any footer widget.
How to use Advertisement (Below Slider)?
Go to Appearance >> Widgets.
You can drag and drop eC-Gem: Advertisement widget to Advertisements Below Slider sidebar.
We recommend to use 3 eC-Gem: Advertisement widgets to make advertisements look like demo.
Additional CSS
CSS added here will override the CSS of theme. You can use this option to customize any style of the theme.
Go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
Add your custom CSS there.
Click on Save & Publish to save the changes.
